Serrano Ham (Jamon Serrano)
Serrano ham is a traditional delicacy from Spain, from white pigs. Its name literally means jam from the mountains, where the drying methods originated. It is not smoked, but cured with salt, and then dried out for at least half a year if not more in secaderos. This ham is wonderful thinly sliced in sandwiches or appetizers. This ham is fully-boned. Produced in Spain by Redondo Iglesias. NOTE: Individual product weights vary between 16 and 18 pounds. Weight shown below is the average weight for this product. Bleu De Gex (pre order)
This cheese comes from cows that graze the pastures of the Jura Mountains in Comte 6,000 feet above sea level. The climate is perfect for the cows to have their milk give a hint of mushrooms and tarragon flavors in it. The Bleu de Gex became a part of the AOC in 1977. It usually ages around one to three months before it is ready for sale.

French Wild Jumbo Morel Mushrooms
These superb morel mushrooms have been picked, sorted and cleaned by hand. Chosen for quality of their flesh, visual appeal and aromas, first choice morels are suited for any fine dish of haute cuisine. Morels are rare, and only found in the spring, making them less available (and more unique) than other mushrooms species. This tasty and somewhat interesting-looking mushrooms has an elongated shape, resembling a dry and indented pinecone, reminiscent of a sponge in texture and feel. A classic dish: morels braised in butter and deglazed with Madeira. Pair with omelets, chicken, red meat or use in soups and sauces. Soak in warm water for approximately 30 minutes before use.
